Soaring Eagles opened in 2003 with 250 students. We are happy to report that we now serve over 750 students. Since opening, we have earned multiple awards including:

Before and After School Clubs and Activities 

  • Art - Learn more about how to create great works of art.
  • Battle of the Books - Read great books and compete in a district-wide tournament at the end of the year.
  • Girls on the Run - for girls in 3-5th grades - promotes individual achievement and self-confidence
  • Intramurals such as basketball, field hockey, football, cross country, kickball, volleyball, and soccer are offered to third through fifth grade students.

Next Steps

  • We will continue social emotional learning lessons in the classroom, create a survey for students to identify what makes them feel accepted and valued by peers and adults, and the student council will begin a kindness campaign with daily positive messages during morning announcements.
  • We will continue to focus on positive behavior interventions for students, focus on social emotional learning in the classroom and work with student counsel to start a kindness campaign.
